SerialTerm – An RS232 Terminal Software for Serial Devices
Just published my this piece of software as a contribution to my8051.com community. SerialTerm was my experimental project done in VB6, which i used to play with my modem and other serial devices.
I just had to refine a it a little to version 1.5. Thanks to najam47 for a nice header and chall3ng3r for an installation wrapper to bring this project to a deliverable shape
Visit my8051.com for download and more details on SerialTerm.

War of the e-paper ships
Imagine you have a blank booklet in your hand that you can fill with your favorite author’s latest edition in seconds by “uploading” the currently available e-books version to your booklet, to read it on without batteries when you cant use your laptop or computer, more over you can change the font size to your choice or even change the contrast of the content.
Not so far but in April 2006, Fujitsu is going to launch its recently demonstrated e-paper to consumer market.
I’m anxiously waiting for the time when I’ll have a photo calendar on my office wall which can pull my tasks and appointment from my Outlook and update the photo every hour from my photo collection on my computer!
