Quiet right you are here Sanket... and as you say... integration is about connecting the loose ends of different systems. So in my story above as I’m discussing a possibility of using the sync framework as kind of adopter/pipeline between the WF based engine and any system. So this WF based engine then be used to connect two systems... instead directly connecting them through custom connectors... If you get my point right (although I have not been able to get my hands dirty with the sync framework yet as other business keeps me so busy that I haven’t been looking after my blog for so long. My apologies for late reply).

Can you kindly elaborate on the story of
Synchronization and Integration?

I don't get the hang of it of in the world are you going to extend the pipeline of the Sync Framework, where in it can support Integartion, which is inherently meant for Synchronization.

Reason being, as far as my understanding goes about Synchronization, it is about updating the same schema of data across system in a tightly integrated way.

Integartion is about making two systems talk to each other in a loosely coupled way. We cannot have any control on when the recipient system recieves the data and process it, thats the reason we can integarte hetrogenous systems with hetrogenous data strutures with Message Transformation and ...

Kindly correct me if my understanding is wrong.
